Master of Laws (LLM)
We offer three pathways for you to consider for your LLM:
- Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy
- International Trade and Business Law
The General LLM focuses on the Introduction to U.S. Law. This curriculum has been specially designed to prepare students who wish to take the bar in the state of Washington (which often accepts online LLM degrees for bar eligibility). Advance your knowledge with in-depth study and interaction with experts in the field of law, including experienced academics and policymakers. The College of Law's General LLM provides an opportunity to gain a level of proficiency within a specific field of law. Create your own concentration by selecting courses from any number of our available areas of study.
The Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy LLM gives students professional training to address the complex issues facing Indigenous peoples today, allowing them to develop a proficiency in fields like Indigenous peoples’ human rights advocacy, environmental law, and Indigenous community and economic development.
The International Trade and Business Law LLM will hone your knowledge in commercial transactions, business organizations, and international trade.
