Concurrent Apply Guide

As a concurrent student, the easiest way to Start your Application is through the Future Wildcat Application Portal. You’ll want to set aside 30-45 minutes to complete your application.

Don’t worry, if you can’t complete it in one sitting, you can return to complete a previously started application at your convenience. Apply early to avoid lengthy visa wait times!

Required Application Materials

$85 Application Fee


Official transcripts are required from each institution you have attended. Transcripts can be sent electronically to or through Parchment to The University of Arizona - Office of the Registrar - College Transcripts.

Transcripts are considered as “Official” if they are sent directly to UArizona from the awarding institution. All records must be original or certified copies with the seal of the issuing institution or signed by an appropriate authority.

Admission Criteria

There is no minimum GPA to be admitted concurrently. Transcripts are reviewed to confirm proof of English proficiency and complete course pre-requisites.

What to expect after submitting your application

2 Days

Within two days of submitting your application, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to check your application status online using the Future Wildcat portal.

5 Days

Application checklist items will be updated within five business days (except for official transcripts). If anything is missing you will receive a follow-up email.

2-4 Weeks

Official transcripts will be marked as complete and evaluated for transfer credits.

5-6 Weeks

Check your email weekly for updates about your admission status. Once your application is complete, you’ll be notified of your admission decision via email. Admitted students will have access to view awarded transfer credits in their UAccess Student portal.
