About the University of Arizona MS in Cellular and Molecular Medicine

Gain a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, functional histology, and cell biology with an emphasis on hands-on training in basic and translational science.

Our students obtain fundamental knowledge of the normal structure and function of the major organs of the human body, the major types of diseases that afflict those organs, as well as opportunities, strategies, and approaches to prevent or treat such diseases.

Most of our graduates continue their education in PhD or MD programs, though a sizeable number pursue rewarding careers in academic and biomedical research.
